Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of ebooks, audiobooks, downloadable files, and other digital content are final.
Once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded, it cannot be returned. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital purchases except where required by applicable law.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem promptly.
Incorrect or Defective Files
If you receive a file that is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement file or assistance in accessing your purchase.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction. Duplicate purchases may be refunded at our discretion.
