My Review
Shell is an easy-to-relate-to young woman and I found her blossoming relationship with Imran quite sweet.
I found the culture immersive and very interesting.
Seb… Sigh. I totally get his opinions about contrast, laughter and attraction. And, yeah, he’s awesome.
I liked how the story was told from Shell, Imran and Seb’s various POV – it gave depth to the story that a single POV would only have hinted at.
So much fun to read! I especially liked the drama surrounding someone trying to break up the happy couple and how that led to the tantalising bit from the beginning…
Poor Shell being stuck between these two!
Now I need to read book 2 to get some closure… can’t wait for it to come out in 2021.
